Important Notice: Implementation of SaBAES for Access Licence Renewals The Sabah Biodiversity Centre (SaBC) hereby informs all stakeholders that the SaBAES (Sabah Biodiversity Access and Export Licence Online Application System) will be fully implemented for the submission of all licence applications, including Access Licence renewals. Effective 1 January 2026: - All Access Licence renewal applications shall be submitted exclusively via SaBAES. - Applicants are required to notify the SaBC Secretariat at least three (3) months in advance to facilitate the transfer of existing applicant data into the new system. - Applications submitted through alternative channels, including email or manual submission, will no longer be accepted beyond this date.
