In line with ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery and improve system efficiency, all Access and Export Licence applications will now be managed exclusively through the Sabah Biodiversity Access and Export Licence Application System (SaBAES) Version 2.0. Effective 1 January 2026, Users are required to submit all new Access and Export Licence applications via the SaBAES platform at: https://sabaes.sabah.gov.my/login.
