SaBC is pleased to announce that SaBAES Version 2.0 will officially go live on 1 January 2026. Effective from this date, all Access and Export Licence applications must be submitted through the SaBAES platform at the following link: https://sabaes.sabah.gov.my/login. Users are advised to familiarise themselves with SaBAES Version 2.0 in advance. You may download the SaBAES User Manual at the Resources menu - Procedures/Guidelines section. All users are required to register a new account using the same email address previously registered under SaBAES Version 1.0 and to ensure that all personal and organisational information is accurate and up to date. This is to avoid any disruption or delay in the submission and processing of Access and Export Licence applications.
